Breastfeeding is the best diet
I put on about 40 pounds while I was pregnant. In the last 16 weeks I’ve lost 50, so I am actually 10 pounds lighter than when we concieved. My pre-pregnancy pants fit again, even though my belly is a little soggy. Need to work on some muscle tone, but overall I am feeling good. I eat whatever I want, drink massive quantities of water, and produce upwards of 24 ounces of milk a day. That takes a lot of calories. I live in mortal terror of the day he stops nursing. I will probaby puff up like an éclair.
