Lex has been to the Richmond airport before, but never to pick someone up. He is nearly nine months and hasn’t seen his Jaja since he was nine weeks old. At first he was suspicious. He had pointed and smiled for several people, and when Momma waved at this old guy, baby waved too. But he wasn’t sure what kind of place this was. Then there was hugging and stuck in traffic at dinnertime, and he was cranky. He has had family come in from out of town, but didn’t know about this people store where you could pick out your own.
Afterwards he opened up. Home and dinner reset his mood and by bathtime he had decided to keep this Jaja. Good choice little one. Your Jaja loves you.
